Graduated from Cal State, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Criminal Justice.  He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for three years.

Mr. Bustamonte graduated from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Academy.  He served as a Police Officer in various capacities, is a Medal of Valor recipient and is now retired.

Arthur Bustamonte has been on the Board of Trustees 21 years; he was elected in 1995 and has held the position of President four times, Vice President four times and Clerk seven times. Mr. Bustamonte was re-elected on November 6, 2018.
